With over thirty years of experience in the construction industry, Shane has completed domestic and international projects in all major sectors, totaling over $1.5 billion.

 

Shane’s leadership entails strategically staffing projects based on size and complexity, implementing controls for out of scope work, motivating team members, and incorporating methodologies for maintaining timely & accurate cost and schedule projections. He delivers on the premise of knowing the smallest of details reflect the quality and integrity of a project.
